For me? Bow and Arrows. It's such a simple item, nothing really to explain about it, but the first time you can hit enemies from a safe distance without getting your knuckles dirty is so relieving it's fun.
Runner up: Skull Hammer. When I played OoT, I expected the Megaton Hammer to be this badazz lunk of metal. It's size kinda disappointed me, but when I go the skull hammer in WW, I remembered the megaton and thought, "now THAT"S a HAMMER!". Plus seeing Toon Link unleash wrath with a hammer as big as him is always funny. Hehe, wham...
