But we're all asking for games from strangers!

Yeah, but it feels RUDE to take cheddar from someone anonymously without repaying them..

*sigh* I just feel like I would be a jerk for not repaying whoever gave me the game (because: POOR)

you could always repay them later

Well, that's what this thread is for. Those that would gift games to others won't find it rude that you'd ask for something. It's just not guaranteed to happen. It's better to just throw something you kinda want out there and not think much about it, instead of asking for something you really want and hoping that someone will gift it to you.

If you don't want to ask for anything, it's okay too.

yeah, I could repay them, but i'd rather buy the game myself than ask for it with little chance for repayment.

this IS the internet. i could say id trade a 60$ game for a 60$ game, and never pay you back.

$60 is a bit out of this thread's league so I doubt that will happen

even so, this is a gift thread not a trading thread, no one will care if you don't pay them back

Yeah, you don't have to pay people back here, if you don't wish to. If you post "hey could someone gift me recettear" and someone does, that person isn't going to expect you to pay him back with a game. I mean, it's cool if you do gift a game back, but it's not expected, except if you DO say that you'll pay back the person gifting you something.

Hey, so, if anybody ever has an extra copy of MtG: Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 just lying around, I'd be more than pop flyin' to take it off of your hands.

okay, if anybody has an extra copy of terraria, may I have it?

just message me first, and wait till I give you the OK before gifting it.

my dad isn't sure he wants me to get the game. (i already spend so much time on COD, bla bla bla.)

ALSO I CAN NOOOOOT PAY YOU BACK, TO BE CLEAR.

Most of the games I want are indie games lately other than a few games that I'm not getting till steam sales or a better graphics card.
