Lemme know when you guys find a skeleton/zombie spawner so I can log on and make an EXP grinder, I haven't been on much of a minecraft kick lately but I'll still allow you to get your enchantment related giggles.

Also I'm likely going to need to borrow tools, food, and blocks when that happens so you may also consider setting up a chest with some donations but I won't mind if that doesn't happen.

We've already found a skeleton spawner and turned it into a grinder. Appreciate the thought though.

I could update the server to 1.9. I would need to pay for it again though :u

I've been playing Terraria like crazy since the last update, but the hype has died off for it. I'd definitely play if the server was put on 1.9. The End looks like it'll be a much more fun experience to be in then it use to be.

Man, so many things are being packed into this update. These are the most noteworthy ones though. A complete redo on boats(a lot slower, but less buggy), wings you can find in the end dungeons, though they work more like a hang gliders than wings. You can't just spam left click in combat anymore and hope to win due to a cooldown meter being added that'll affect how much damage you deal depending on how long you waited between strikes. Arrows can now be "enchanted" by using potions on them so they apply a certain affect on the players they hit. There's also a few new enchantments and new fruits and veggies to farm. Plus the dual wielding and shields I think we've already discussed here.
Those are all that come to mind, but I'm sure that there's some things I've forgotten with how much has gone into this update.

I didn't know about the cooldowns between strikes. I wonder how long it is?

I think it's pretty short. Probably just like a second. I believe it's been added so those with the quickest trigger finger aren't dominating in PvP.
