TEAM WORK. And I guess some of the diamond stuff from the old world helped too. Honestly, I think since we just realized what we liked from the old world, and what we didn't, we decided to build from that?

I kind of want to build a big wall or fence around the village to protect the villagers and actually have them roam around, but mehh that's so much work.. ;w;

It'd help with day-to-day zombie attacks, but I don't know if it would deter the occasional zombie siege. To quote:

MY friend that i normally play with has a village he walled off and its been there for months
maybe its the Gurren Lagaan he built in front of it that scares them away.

Yeah, I've walled off villages in the past and never had zombies siege the place. Sometimes they've spawned in like, a single corner that's just barely dark enough for a monster to spawn in, but I've never seen a horde of zombies in a fully lit and walled off village. Luck, maybe? Has anyone seen a siege happen in a protected village?

Sadly the AI doesn't work that way. The zombies only attack if they see you and are within around 20 blocks distance.

My vacation was really badly timed. Odds are, aside from my beacon Nara got, nothing I had survived the restart. I just got back today and I had no internet connection for the past 8 days. Would have grabbed my stack of diamonds if I was there. Oh well, I'll just spend way too much of my life on the server again and recover.
I won't be officially back home until tomorrow morning, so I'll be back then.
I'm probably gonna go achievement crazy again if achievements don't transfer between servers. Get ready for the Wither Incident Part 2

I actually bought some jungle saplings over with me! I've been having trouble getting a decent amount of saplings back from them when I plant them though. :'1 Shoulda bought more. Same with the dark oak saplings.
