Yes, stop being excited. You'll only feel more disappointed.

Baseball isn't hard when you figure it out
Hold down to shoot the background, up to shoot the close stuff. The later you hit the ball the farther to the left it will go, the earlier you hit it the farther right it will go. Don't focus too much on the gold pots, especially if they have nothing near them, just focus on getting three in a row for the crow to appear if that happens or get lucky and hit a crab.

Oh so that's how the crow works. Alright I'll try not to break my fingers in rage again.
I wonder if I could just hit the octo rock with all 30 baseballs and still get a prize.

I hear "baseball minigame," and I think of that awesome minigame from Oracle of Ages. I take it this is nothing like that?

Okay, I just completed the Ice Ruins. Not sure why everyone was so negative about it, I thought it was pretty easy. I gotta say, though the writing is near-nonexistant, the gameplay has actually gotten really fun. The dungeons, though most of them are still too short, are well designed and a lot of fun to play through, and the items and painting mechanics are used extremely well. I'll admit it: this game has turned into a guilty pleasure for me. I'll probably play it again on hero mode once I'm done.

That...was beautiful.

Something about that still bugs me, even though it shouldn't. It's like if they put a statue of Tingle in Zelda's bedroom in Skyward SwordOH WAIT

But they didn't.
It was a doll.
The thing that weirds me out about it is that Majora's Mask was defeated only in the child timeline. We can assume it probably won't appear in the adult timeline since Hyrule is flooded for all eternity, but for it to be right here in the hero defeated timeline, while obviously just an easter egg, raises the question of whether it'll become active at some point.
a Majora's Mask game set in Hyrule?

I don't care if it was a Tingle-shaped dildo, it makes no sense whatsoever. And not in a good way.

That's pretty much what's so bizarre about it being there. And personally, I'd like to see a follow-up to Majora's Mask set in the world of Hyrule; I even came up with some ideas of my own about the Fierce Deity's Mask and stuff like that on which they could base a sequel.

It doesn't have to make sense, it's an Easter Egg; a joke. Not everything in a series of adventure games for kids has to fit into this great connecting schema.

Yes. We know. It's probably not even going to wind up canon that Link has the mask.
The issue that it raises is that Majora's mask was originally in Hyrule around the time Link was a child in OoT, since it was stolen from the pop flyin' Mask Salesman and taken to Termina.
However, the events of Majora's mask only happens (as far as we're aware) in the child timeline where Ganondorf was stopped and Link went to Termina. What happened to it in the other timelines is a mystery, which means, unless Skull Kid took it to Termina anyways and dropped the moon without Link being present in the adult and hero defeated timelines (which is depressing), it still has to exist in Hyrule during those timelines.
The easter egg has opened up the consideration that Majora's Mask is likely somewhere in Hyrule in the other two timelines as it was in the child timeline. That's it.

But it's Majora's mask.
