I found him creepy but bearable in MM.

WW was a bit stupid to have him in there. I mean, he's in jail for something and we let him go because the game demands it, and then suddenly later in the game, he's seen enslaving his brothers and some poor random guy, and is only really there to take cheddar for maps.

It's more that he comes across as being pretty pointless in the games, for me at least. I don't exactly outright hate him, but I'm a bit happier when he's not in the game. Though, I'd gladly have him over Malo any day.

I kinda liked Tingle being in FSA though. It's was great to grab all of the force gems and knock him out of the air.

Tingle's the reason I never finished Wind Waker. Searching out maps and then having to pay him to decipher said maps so I could go find shards of the Triforce was just unnecessary padding.

I personally liked the Triforce fetch quest because each one felt like a mini-dungeon.

However, having to spend all of that cheddar on "plot necessary" stuff was really dumb.

Only reason I got enough cheddar is because I knew about all of the wallets and got into the Cabana. I can imagine how painful that must be to people who didn't have that knowledge.

There's pots at the end of the Wind Temple that drop a lot of rupees, I just used those.

I'll remain skeptical, but that sounds really good.

Especially with them keeping and improving the SS art style. This game will be gorgeous in HD.

The tablet bit is still making me extremely wary.

You know what would be great?
If all it was was your inventory screen, it would be so useful. Remember that Beetle thing in SS? Just use the tablet screen for it's view and keep the main screen focused on Link.

If it works anything like OoT 3D's touch screen, I'll be very pop flyin'. I loved how easy it was to flip between things.

I'd like for them to be able to incorporate a item into the screen though. Maybe something along the lines of a recon item (like the beetle, but maybe not a flying one this time, more like a Bombchu without the bomb).

Oh that'd be awesome. A Bombchu before it became a bomb.
It could be used for stealthyish sections. Maybe call it a Peek'at'Chu?

"Most ambitious Zelda to date."
Oh, you mean like that other one. You know, that one other Zelda that was real ambitious.

Seams possibly neat, though I will remain Cautiously Optimistic.
