Fun fact-The game devs for OoT 3D left some of the glitches in the game intentionally for Nostalgia reasons.

I finished my homework and didn't feel like studying.Crawfish wrote:Dang that was fast.
LttP still remains as one of the most difficult Zeldas for me.
And yeah, it was pretty freaking annoying and hard at parts.
Wait really?Omnithea wrote:Plus in the original Lttp Ganon required the yellow sword to do damage without a spin attack.
That explains why he was such a pushover.

Re: The Legend of Zelda
The only dungeons I still hate going through in ALttP are the Palace of Darkness (because I got stuck in it for like a month as a kid and those fucking turtles scared the shit out of me. Much worse than the Shadow Temple of OoT.) and Ganon's Tower.
There's just so many goddamn rooms in that tower, and there's a few rooms where wallmasters carry you back to the beginning.
Totally worth the trouble though.
Also, I remember when I discovered the Golden Bee. That was awesome to have, even if I never really had a need to use it.

Re: The Legend of Zelda
It does sound frightening, and I'm sure I'd be scared if that would've happened to me. However, for whatever reason the password "NNNNN NNNNN NNNNN NNNNN" is making me more uneasy than what happened to Sir Real. I can't even explain why this is so unsettling to me, but it does make me feel hella uncomfortable.Syobon wrote:Hah, that sounds like the beginning of a creepypasta.

Re: The Legend of Zelda
I used to hate skull woods, what with the wall masters and really annoying Gibdos, but eventually I learned that a good chunk of the dungeon is skippable as long as you don't give a crap about the compass (I think, it was one of the two dungeon map items). After that I no longer hated it.Marcato wrote:The only one that I really hated was Skull Woods.
Plus, Mothula was one of my favorite boss fights, so I always look forward to fighting her.

There wasn't a topiary minigame in Skyward Sword. Such a lost opportunity. And will Link ever realize his dream of becoming a professional whittler?
Character is what you are in the dark.

Re: The Legend of Zelda
Now that you mention it, I only now remember how disappointed I was that there was no fishing minigame in SS. I was looking forward to it, because I really liked fishing in OoT and especially TP.
Re: The Legend of Zelda
Oh god, I spent way too much time fishing in TP with the sinking lure

What harm could come from imprisoning a hellinternet beast every night and making it hate humanity and what it stands for?
Then we can release it back into the wild.

Majora's Mask is just the best. I've been meaning to replay it for the past few weeks, might start playing it sometime this weekend.

Re: The Legend of Zelda
Decided to stop being a Dunkass and picked up SS and play it.
Beat the first dungeon and man I forgot how stupid Zelda games make me feel.
Also the demon who lives under Skyloft reminds be of those Yetis from TP.
