I think they removed the mine cart level because of how many people said how shit it was.

Holy visual errors Batman, specifically the grinding sparks.
It's like they're just attached to his model and they turn the particle effects on, it doesn't look very nice at all :C

It's been in dev as long as Sonic 4, because this one's being made by Sonic Team. That's the only reason they weren't in on Sonic 4
