Why is it only now that I realize that the reason Youmuu's Ghostblade has armor penetration is that it's based on a sword that's said to cut next to everything
Also come to think of it... isn't flat armor penetration kind of weird? What's really the difference between it and enough damage to get past the armor? And considering that armor has diminishing returns, isn't flat armor penetration actually more effective on targets with less armor?

That's the idea, % is for tanks, flat is for other carries.

I hope that after Lucian's release no one thinks anymore that he's underpowered. Looks like I finally found the champ to properly learn ADC with, just like back then with Rengar and jungling. Just needed the right character to be released.

Who is better against the other? Rengar or Kha'Zix?

1v1 probably Rengar, just because he's beefier. But ideally the Khazix will have backup. Especially if the On The Hunt quest gets triggered, then each entire team becomes support to the Rengar/Khazix.

As for Rengar v Kha'Zix, Rengar would win, but it really depends who gets the drop on whom. They're both amazing at assassinating, but Rengar is better at doing so to a single target. Not to detract from Kha'Zix though. He's just better in teamfights. Resets and whatnot.

As already said, depends who gets the drop. But then it also depends on their items, and don't forget Kha' isolation damage which really wrecks havoc.
