Flat AD quints are good too for faster clears and early ganking power. It's totally personal preference though.

I am really loving this duo I came up with, Double Blind Study. Heimerdinger and Teemo bot, it's great. Just try to bring enemies into bushes where your mushrooms and turrets will kill them while the blinds and hopefully stun keeps them from getting much damage on either of you. If they don't go in the bush you just keep poking. It's also a good duo if you're not good at last hitting, as the turrets and poison makes sure at least somebody gets some last hits.

I'm surprised I haven't seen Lizard Elder being built on more ranged ADs. It's fun. Well, at least its fun on Arams.

Its also an important part to an AD/on-hit Lulu build that i'm working on....
