I usually do this as a support. Build morellos when:
a. ADC has lifesteal
b. mid has spellvamp
c. jungler/top has either

if all apply, ding ding, build morellos!

I do wish Executioner's Calling didn't suck, though. There are times where I reeeeeally want to build it, but nope, its kinda a waste of a slot. I really like Morellonomicon though, sometimes I build it when I'm behind or as a support just for the stats.

Also, I saw a petition on the forums once to add Grievous Wounds to Thornmail. Makes a lot of sense IMO, as long as its pretty short lived, or maybe only has a 25% chance of happening or something. But it fits Thornmail's purpose - shut down those autoattackers. Randuin's and Frozen Heart work to counter attack speed, but Thornmail could work to counter lifesteal.
