seriously though they seem like they'd be more useful than flat AD, anyway. Especially for folks like chogath.

I like using Armor/Magic Pen.

Out of all the marks I've tried, attack speed are by far the best. It's 15% AS. It helps with clear times soooo much. Why would anyone give that up for 9 AD or 8 magic pen or 12 armor pen? Maybe if you're playing a certain champ a certain way, yeah, but most junglers benefit great from AS marks. Shen, Udyr, Malphite, anyone with lifesteal and/or a high amount of AD, Lee Sin, Nautilus after this patch, Nocturne, Skarner, Shyvana, Volibear, Xin Zhao, Amumu, Cho'gath, Warwick and Jax just to name a few. Not to mention that since a lot of health has been relegated to the big mob at camps, getting those autoattacks out faster helps with killing it and not wasting all your mana.

Since Muramana procs on all mana using effects and it does magical damage now, it looks like a decent pick on Ashe now

Scales with armor pen instead of magic pen, making it a better choice for ADC's and AD casters.
