I think Sivir could be more viable if they focused on her being in the mix more often instead of kiting more like other adcs. Maybe give her some defenses.

Not pop flyin' about the relaunch, but if it gets them to play him more, then okay.

I kinda liked how he wasn't attatched to anywhere, coming from his once-cursed village on his own quest

So I came up with this champion concept about a year ago and haven't touched it since. I finally added some numbers to her kit and I want to see if they sound op or not.

Ivory, the Bereaved

Ivory Diamant was always a pop flyin' and bright Demacian woman, but she had never been happier than the day of her wedding. However, just as her fiancée was about to say “I do,” Ivory’s life took a turn for the worse. A knife was suddenly thrust through his stomach, and as he fell, Shaco, The Demon Jester was standing behind him. As the guards were about to apprehend the murderer, he disappeared, leaving Ivory alone at the altar.

Just as realization of her beloved’s death came to Ivory, something unlocked itself inside her. With her tears of despair came waves of dark power. When the bulk of the town guard had arrived at the chapel later, the guests at the wedding had either perished from grief or were weeping inconsolably, driven mad by anguish. When Ivory was finally able to control herself, she set out to the only place where she could find some answers, as well as share her grief with the Demon Jester: the League of Legends.

Abilities:
Passive: Spread Despair: Ivory’s basic attacks and abilities lower her target’s attack damage by 3%, stacking up to five times.

Q: Cloud of Tears: Ivory sends a rain cloud to a target location, doing (30/50/70/90/110 +0.5 Ability Power) magic damage and slowing all enemies in a line by 20%. The cloud leaves behind puddles that remain for a few seconds, slowing all who walk in them by 25%.

W: Cloak of Death: (Passive) Ivory’s armor and magic resist are increased by (5/10/15/20/25). (Active) Ivory transfers the passive effect to an allied champion for 5 seconds.

E: Walk the Procession: Ivory rushes in a line, stopping once she reaches the end of her path or strikes an enemy champion. Enemies around Ivory take (40/70/100/130/160 +0.6 Ability Power) magic damage and suffer decreased armor and magic resistance.

R: Wave of Despair: Ivory looses a field of darkest despair in a large area around her, dealing (40/60/80 +.3 Ability Power) magic damage per second over six seconds and causing all enemies in the area to become terrified for a few seconds. Any enemies entering this field can only be terrified once.

I like it.

So my wireless mouse has suddenly stopped working. Seeing as my only other choice is to use my touch pad, I highly doubt that I'll be playing League for a little while until I find a solution.

I like Twisted Treeline, but oh boy am I bad at it. I won only 3 games out of however many I did so far.

it depends heavily on the enemy team letting you just farm up, because heimer vs 3 rush down bruisers, hes not gonna get a chance to do much.
is the meta for 3s still just 3 rush down bruisers?
