Ezreal has super flexible build paths. Starting with a bloodthirster first isn't bad. Honestly, I can just recommend items to stay away from. For instance, I don't like triforce on Ez anymore. It isn't at good as it used to be. I find getting a shiv and gauntlet will give you more utility and damage. Speaking of shiv, it's pretty much better for Ez than PD. The added wave clear and aoe are super good on him. And really, the only difference between shiv and PD is a marginal increase in stats and a different passive and Ez does not need PD's passive. His E is enough to position him where he needs to be. Again though, Ezreal's super flexible when it comes to builds. Experiment and find what you like.

Make sure to include gold per second in there somewhere. I go just the quints, some people go gold quints + seals.

I also run magic pen (for lack of good marks to use), armor, and CDR.

Nasus top is fun if it's 1v1.
