Which is why I start with Saph crystal and a mana pot.

You'd be better off starting with a faerie charm, several mana pots and other odds and ends. A sapphire crystal only gives 200 mana and for supports, it doesn't build into anything worth getting early. For only 70 gold, you can get 2 mana pots that do the same thing.

Vi ults into that poor sap of a carry (of either variety), which clears a path for Amumu to get the easiest bandage toss of all time

Double RP weekend, huh. Thinking about squishing cheddar into my account, but that's not a too good idea at the moment. Maybe I should check which champs and skins I want and if there's enough, I'll get some.

Well yeah, of course I know, but with a large enough amount the double RP bonus can already get you a full 975 article on sale. And it's not like I won't use the insane amount of RP up at all, it's not like I'm suddenly going to stop play LoL.

After checking, it's like... 2 skins top, so not really worth it for me. I probably just grab a $10 package or so for the future, if there is a new champion double bundle which I really want. Or for the incredibly unlikely case that one of my fave champs get a legendary skin.

I think I'll just take advantage of the IP boost this time. No more RP for me for a while.

Also, I've realized what really annoys me about Vi. It's not the fact that she has two gap closers, not her harass, not even her tankiness or her damage, but her knockup on her ult. It just feels like it takes forever to get back down, and your team is scattered everywhere so they can't help you. It's like a Malph ult in terms of disruption.
