I'd also say some armor runes, considering you'll be facing off against an AD early on. There are better quints, but you can think about movement speed too, since you won't get boots too early, and you'll often be a more prefered target since you're more defenseless than your carry. Or depending on your champ, support characters can be really slow, so that helps a bit too.
But usually you get gold quints and yellows for a support rune sheet, yeah.

First off: Trinity Force and Lich Bane don't stack. Zephyr is not a good item on Hecarim because he's not an auto-attacker. He doesn't benefit from health, so buying Warmog's is also a wasted slot, especially when you don't get an Atma's.
That is a thing so many people do wrong with Hec, they simply build speed because of his passive. First off you have to decide: Will you play tank or DPS?
If tank: Merc Treads, Trinity Force OR Iceborn Gauntlet (rather leaning Gauntlet), Sunfire Cape. From there it depends on the game, Runic Bulwark, Spirit Visage, Banshee's Veil, Thornmail, Frozen Heart...
If DPS: Still Merc Treads, Trinity Force, Maw of Malmortius, Black Cleaver, Randuin's + Atma's
You could try and build AP too, but I think you'd have less damage output overall. Your items here would be Rylai's and Liandry's, Lich Bane, Hextech Gunblade
One thing you can do is CDR/AD Hecarim, but that is a really risky build and I only recommend it when you have a really good grip on him. Basically, get 40% CDR trough runes, masteries and items, and then build like a regular AD carry. Which means stuff like Infinity Edge (even though you won't auto-attack much and the crit is rather useless), Bloodthirster. Don't get Triforce here though, your Q's cooldown will be faster than Triforce cooldown, and the little stats don't help you much.
Personally, I like Hextech Gunblade on any DPS build on him, it helps a good deal with sustain.
