Yeah. 9 times out of 10, if you can get the other guy to start a fight with you instead of charging in on your own, you'll have the upper hand. That's actually still my biggest problem when I play Xin Zhao, I just wanna charge straight in and press all the buttons, but then the other guy ends up winning just by being in a better position.

Teamfights are another thing entirely, but even then it's all about waiting for a good opening, like somebody wasting a spell, or wandering too far from their allies.

If you have a champion with a decent initiation spell though it's usually a good idea to lead in with it. Like say a stun: Annie, Taric and a bunch of other champions have targeted stuns that you can use to stop an attack or just stop an opponent from running so that you can do more damage to them while they are disabled.

Especially if you're on Summoner's Rift and you are waiting on your Jungler to gank you slow or disable your opponent in lane giving your ally enough time to jump in and help take them down.

This is why Alistar is great.

and despite what the usual player will probably tell you in game, especially since you aren't 30 yet. You are allowed to make mistakes, you are allowed to not know what's best in every siuation.

What rustled me of was the first two minutes of the match. My cursor wouldn't move past half screen, and kept messing up everything until i tabbed out and reopened the window.

And then about ten minutes in, our third guy quit.

Last night was still really excellent though.

I can't decide whether to use my RP on Santa Veigar or Arclight Varus.

Santa Veigar is limited edition so that alone makes me want to buy it, plus he was my first champ and I haven't got a skin for him yet.

On the other hand, Arclight Varus is freakin beautiful...

I might just step up and buy both, but waah cheddar

Yeah, that happens to me a lot. Like you said, you just gotta alt+tab out and back in.

Alt tabbing didn't bring the guy back

I would say the Veigar one. Archlight will always be there and hey, you could wait long enough and get it when it's on sale.

I bought 2 cheap runes, one's a glyph that I can't use, so I can say I bought something.

I used to pwn so many noobs as veigar when I was first playing. Then eventually the people started getting better, and I didn't land as many stuns.
