But in the thread, it said that if the champion has an ability which charges when you auto-attack, you gain more charges for it with this item; so you do only deal extra magic damage to one target on the example of TFs Stacked Deck, but you get the charges for it faster because of the bolts.

I upgraded my Rengar to headhunter; if I knew I'd be picking up the skin one day actually, I would've bought the bundle back then. Oh well!

They said they were gonna give some love to support and I can't say I'm disappointed.

Considering the new champ, and, well, depending when she'll be released, it might just be in a bundle with Season 3. So you get new support love, and a new support champ on top.

they need to tone down her mana costs and she's golden, her heal costs as much as other champs ults.

It's not unprecedented. At max level Graves' Buckshot costs just as much as his ultimate.

It's a potential 340 heal/210 nuke or a 170 heal/420 nuke that also gives a movement speed buff for 120 mana. Seems pretty alright to me. Her 65 flat mana aoe stun also balances that out.
