I'd have bought Darkflame Shyvana in an instant, sale or no sale, if she didn't have that silly looking helmet. Ruined the whole skin for me.

Everyone starts out with 30 MR before runes and masteries are considered, and only certain champions (none of which are ranged, if I recall correctly) have MR scaling per level. Magic Penetration marks and Sorcerer's Shoes alone should be all you need to be hitting for full damage unless people are actively building to counter it, in which case your goal is pretty much to farm or gank other lanes.

New Heimerdinger confuses the heck out of me. I don't even know what my opinion is on it yet, and I probably won't until I try it in a bot game and stumble around. I will actually miss the blind though, it was hilarious when harassing folks in lane.

I like to play around with my mastery builds now and then and see if I can't improve anything. But somehow something is going very wrong now, I ended up with one point in the support tree for 0,5 additional gold every 10 seconds in my AD and AP builds. Will definitely fix it, but it's still sort of surprising how I managed this in the first place haha

So they already gave a sneak peek of the newest champ, she looks interesting, plus being leona's enemy mean we might see good lore again.

That sneak peek is drawn so well
When she's the opposite of Leona, that means she'll be a DPS, probably a bruiser. Or she could also be a tank, but rather with damage abilities/soft CCs; something like Volibear for example.

The silly thing is, just reading she's the opposite of Leona and the well drawn picture already make me want to get her haha
I must acquire all of the IP

I wanted to write up a longer response but eh wasted time.

So the new champion got revealed, sounds to me like another Riven with Nocturne teleport.

In other news, Jayce makes Tatzel cry.
In other other news, I'm thinking about buying Jayce, he's interesting and fun. Good thing he's free this week.

Her ult seems a tad ridiculous. If it doesn't go on cool down whenever you use it on an opponent that has moonlight on them then I'm pretty sure you could continually ult someone as long as you rotated your skills correctly (and barring that she doesn't have really long cool downs on her other skills) They only way they could really bypass it is by making the damage kinda lower than a regular ult, or if they make it lay a debuff that reduces the damage it does by stacking, up to a limit reduction.

Reminds me of Darius' ult, before they made it reset on kill only.

I don't think it sounds op at all, it's akalis ult with a condition rather than a charge.
renekton and irelia have dashes like this as well.

Bottom picture is battlecast cho'gath, and if you look to the right of Urgot you can see a battlecast Skarner on TANK TREADS, fucking badass.
