I looked at your match history, and your Jax build is remarkably similar to mine. Mine is boots, hextech gunblade, guinsoos rageblade, tank item, triforce, tank item.

Although I just started playing Jax like last week. Bought him a while ago because of his lack of free weeks, tried him in an intermediate bot match, and failed. But last week I decided to give him another spin, and I like him now. I love how the rageblade synergizes with his passive and ult.

was testin tops against free week darius to see who beats him. guess what; after 6 jax blows him out of the lane. i dont use jax; just picked him, hastily looked at a solomid guide and won.

although only got so fed because he never harassed me effectively...

after that i played darius top for a few games to see who beats me pre-6 and post-6. jarvan, riven, tryndamere, gangplank, pantheon. none of them won. who the hell beats this guy? maybe lee sin. but i would take kennen top if i see a darius pick on enemy team. ranged beats him.

Yeah, one match I was riven against darius and farmed well. I got Brock from Pokémon Sword and boots, and darius had like ninja tabi and thats it and proceeded to do double my damage.

Terms I don't understand that I regularly hear:

Split-pushing
ss
proc

ooh ooh I know what proc means

It's when a spell or effect activates or starts working. Like say you have a Banshee's Veil, and you get hit by a spell, and you notice you don't have your spell shield anymore, you would say "oh you proc'd my Banshee's Veil with that spell"

Relevant when asking stuff like, "Do Heimerdinger's turrets' attacks proc Rylai's slow?" (The answer is no, sadly, the turrets do not slow their targets.)

Split pushing sounds like the team would split into two groups and push two lanes at once, but don't quote me on that.

ss... sounds familiar, not sure though. Spell Shield? I dunno context.

Split pushing is something along the lines of late game, pushing bottom lane when your whole team is pushing top. It works better on someone like Shen, who can teleport to a teamfight when it starts happening. Split pushing makes the enemy team have to send someone to defend against you, otherwise they would lose bottom lane. Then when a teamfight happens top, you can be there to help while the person who defended against you cant.

SS is another way to say MIA, its the SS in missing. People say it because SS is easier to type than MIA.

Proc is like the activation of an on-hit effect. So lets say with Lich Bane, if you use an ability and then auto attack them, you just procced its passive.

ss is a permutated usage of the abbreviation for stay safe

Began in dota to differentiate between the carry being missing and the support. People would call MIA when the Support was gone because no one cares if a support is missing, and SS to warn their team that a carry was missing and a gank might be happening. Nowadays people just cry ss for everything.

Try mid Soraka. Use the following build:

MAIN
Merc's Treads (boots first, with 3 health pots)
2 Doran's Rings
Will of the Ancients
Frozen Heart

OPTIONAL
Rylai's Crystal Scepter
Abyssal Scepter
Randuin's Omen
Banshee's Veil
Shurelya's Reverie

Focus on maxing and harassing with your Q. Alternate points between it and her E (infuse), leveling your heal last. Put a couple of extra points in it if you're struggling. Don't be afraid to push really hard. Your only counters if you go mid lane are ranged AD champs who don't care about your silence. If you play well, you will stomp almost everyone, including problem champs like Le Blanc and Kassadin.

Let me know how you all do. My score in the last game I played was 10/2/20, and that wasn't even as mid Soraka using that build, it was as JUNGLE Soraka. Also, that wasn't the best I've done as her; I think my record was 17/0/5 or something equally ridiculous. She's currently my main AP mid whenever I can get a hold of her.

i see mid sorakas in mid-high elo and they get stomped by the fact that they have no escape and no way to secure a kill. it was terrible playing against one as vlad, but once my jungler came, it was over.

So I signed for the pbe because why not, so I'm trying out a few champs. Decided to pick up Lulu. I thought I wasn't going to like her, but she's actually a fair bit of fun. So, what's the best offensive build for her?

And Darius comes out of the nerf EVEN MORE ANNOYING
