She is way too annoying and way too common.

I hate Nasus. Specifically, a late game nasus with a full tank item build that can q a third of your health away.

Urgot's counters are listed as harass and armor. Where do I even begin to describe how inconclusive that is?

You counter Urgot with heavy sustain, silences, and gap closers. Thornmail and Ninja Tabi are both horrible items to build against him. Banshee's Veil and Randuin's Omen are both much more effective.

i just look at the champion counter lists. everything else is nothing

Some counters aren't always right though. Lists vayne as a counter to cho, thats only if the vayne is more fed, and able to dodge everything. Due to her low health all it takes is rupture, scream, feast and shes dead, dont it many times. I saw a few others like that in the list, it really isnt correct on all points, though I can see the reasons behind it.

Speaking of Cho'Gath, I love when i'm getting attacked by someone who could probably bring me down, and a random heavily injured AD carry walks in hoping to get a kill, and they walk right into melee range.

I walk away with a kill and a feast stack, ignoring the bruiser who was fighting me in the first place.

Lol, injured AD carry, just om nom the full hp AD carry and boom, free kill. Solo top cho can just get fed hard, love fighting trynd with him esspecialy. Build FH, counter trynd all lane, get fed yourself.

Doing this I tend to be able to farm enough off minions to offset any damage a trynd can do.
