Ooh, an item named after Athene, awesome. Also an upgrade from chalice, thats good, that item always felt like a component, not a final item.

I mean hey, if I build a Chalice on a caster/support, might as well upgrade it. Not too shabby I think.
Also the Codex could always use more upgrades to it, more options are nice for after I get that CDR.

No that's not what I ment.
I played a beginner bot game to try out Shaco, and the graphic was different from what I'm used to. The ground seems to be lacking details, there are trees gone on the outside of the gaming area, and mostly the black outline on moving units was gone.
Dreilex suggested that the graphic settings automatically changed with the new patch, but when we played a custom game together everything suddenly looked like normal again. I'm going to play a few more bot games anyways, maybe it's just a weird bug which slipped in with the new patch - or it really is a weird change limited to beginner/intermediate bot games. I don't know what exactly it is, but I don't want to have this either way because it really looks like a piece of poop

You know, I had a match I played that was weird graphics. Like... it looked smooth. Instead of being pixely models, it was so smooth.
It freaked me out.
Is this what you are talking about?

What you are saying doesn't tell me a thing, but I'm just going to guess that you had the same graphic error like I did.
I did some more matches today, but the error didn't occur anymore. I guess it really was just a weird bug which sneaked in with yesterday's patch.

so I did some looking and found that the voice actress who voiced Cerebella in Skullgirls also voiced Riven, which is pretty fucking awesome.
I also found that the voice of Karma is the voice of Painwheel, which are two VASTLY different characters.

Cristina Vee is a pretty popular voice actress. She also co-hosted the IPL4 LoL tournament in Las Vegas.
Also I agree with Crush, I would be pop flyin' if LoL slowed down their new champ releases and focused on more important things, like the champion graphic updates, the old champion tweaks and reworks, the item shop overhaul, and focused on new content like new items and maps. New champs are fun, but it's gotten to the point where they feel rushed and gimmicky.

Dear Diary, today I bought Fiddlesticks and tried to jungle in a bot game
Dear Diary, today I also ragequit my first match due to a Corki stealing my wolf and ghost kills, and a Rammus deciding to follow me everywhere I went for no discernible reason

Play lots of bot games, pay careful attention to what abilities and items do, stay out of the enemy tower's range unless the tower's busy attacking some minions (I really needed to pay attention to this advice when I started...) If I were you I'd find a friend to play with over skype or something so they can yell at you when you're doing something wrong, and teach you some lingo along the way, etc.

- Don't buy runes before you hit level 20, at which point you get access to Tier 3 runes.
- Don't spend all of your IP on champions before level 20. Runes
really matter.
- Don't attack minions unless you can deal a killing blow (this is the only way you get paid for killing them), or if you want to push up to the enemy tower and think you can do some significant damage to it.
- Don't trust the Recommended Items for your champion. They'll work most of the time, but you'd be a lot better off asking us.
- Play some normal games against real players too. Bots won't teach you everything and you'll have to learn how to eventually, when the rewards from bot games start diminishing due to your summoner level going up.
- Once you unlock the summoner spell Flash, always use it. Ghost, Exhaust, Teleport, Ignite, and Heal are all good too, but nothing is better than Flash and you get two slots anyways.
That covers... most things you'll need to have an advantage starting out.

Shrug it off when somebody is flaming you for whatever reason.
They are all a bunsh of idiots und kiddies, at least most of the time and the only way to win a flamewar is not to play.
Dont read guides at all. Most of them are to old or just badly written.
Dont use flash all the time, it is for pussies.
The best summonerspells to begin with are clarity, heal, teleport, ghost.
Your goal is to destroy the enemy nexus, it is not getting kills or killing baron.
Stealing buffs, backdooring or other tatics are fine and no one should blame you for doing this.
