Nor should it, but it doesn't warrant complaining like Riot took your cheddar and ran with it. I'm just sick of seeing people on the League forums/twitter/youtube/whatever saying championX is taking too long to release due to complications or what-have-you so Riot sucks now and everyone should hate them.

I enjoy the new numbers and text and such very much, and I LOVE the fact that it shows regen now. Also, the added exp bar above your champs head is an interesting addition, and doesn't seem to take up more space than it already did.

There's nothing I hate more than when a bot lane GP kses me with his ult when I'm at top lane. Twice. In a bot match.
There's nothing I love more than when Pantheon cuts off my retreat by ulting between towers, and then dies to the tower I proceeded to run around in circles. Needless to say, he didn't get the kill.
