It's nothing personal. I just dislike people who yell at Riot over their game, which is free. So what if the patch is late? They owe you nothing, and you can still play the game just fine right now. And hey. If the patch was released on schedule, you would be playing a version of League of Legends where you can't surrender or target champions half the time.
