You can like him. That's fine. You can't rationalize that he's balanced though. As soon as they nerf his taunt, he'll be reasonably balanced. Until then, instaban.

As for Singed, you HAVE to focus him and keep him underfarmed. Otherwise, he'll run into your team and make your life hell at level 12.

I think the real reason I dislike them is because they're tanks that can go full (or daisies near full) tank and still do an absurd amount of damage. Hmm... I wonder.

buy merc treads and wards against rammus, and ward like you would for nocturne for him. for singed, get a good harraser top lane, like teemo, nidalee etc. and buy FoN if you're a char that can buy it. also, rammus has been nerfed enough times, his taunt is all he has left.

It was blind pick. We couldn't counter pick. As for Rammus, it didn't matter how much we warded. We powerballed right to our turret, taunted our AD carry away and the other AD carry and support killed them nigh instantly. And I don't care that all Rammus as left is his taunt. It's a major, MAJOR annoyance. Imo, it's worst than a suppression, and I don't want to have to take a QSS every time a Rammus is in-game. Wait, he has more than his taunt. He can build full tank and still do stupid damage with his passive.

If you get caught by Singed (And you WILL get caught, unless you have both ghost and flash), you're done. He's just gonna fling you into his team. So what if he has a weak early game? You can't really argue about balance in blind pick, and get used to warding alot early game so rammus can't get to that status. also, be prepared to counterbuild if you're getting wrecked by a character.
As for singed, i guess you can say that, but yet again, you need to counter him early, deny him farm so you are stronger than him after laning.

You counter Singed with manaless ranged harassment. Caitlyn is an excellent example since she can attack him forever at virtually no cost and her escape skill ignores his ground-based slow. Kennen is okay at it (and a better solo top), but he can only escape by running fast and his damage can be blocked by minions. Generally speaking, though, you counter Singed by sending your AD carry top if you really think he's going to be a problem.

Rammus is much harder to deal with because he's an efficient jungler. Counter-jungling can be accomplished by nearly anyone and you don't even need to be a jungler to ward enemy buffs and gank him when they respawn, but this isn't always possible. If you don't want to get ganked by Rammus, you just need to play certain champions who can easily abuse enemies with no gap closers. Morgana and Anivia have some good stuns to this end, Janna and Alistair are good "defensive" supports, Tristana and Vayne have knockbacks... you'll most likely have trouble with him in solo top since not a lot of good champions that go there can avoid pushing their lane and they aren't all incredible at escaping unharmed. Like Myk said, Olaf is a good counter for both jungling and solo top, but I'd say that warding is your best hope there.

also lee sin jungle can ruin any rammus player's day. just beat him to his red.

If you want to make a conventional jungler very, very sad (any jungler that is likely to take the red buff after blue and before ganking counts), buy a ward and stick it at the enemy red buff at any point early on in the game. As long as you can get there and ward the red buff before they arrive to try and take it, it's quite easy to smite steal their first one in the game, and it'll immediately pay off everything you spent on the ward.

I once was half asleep and had a migraine, then i decided to play nocturne in the jungle. By the end of the game, i had 200+ CS and 17 kills.
I honestly don't know what the hell happened.
