Caster nerf: Check (Blue buff nerf combined with new item for tanky DPS)
Jungle nerf: Check (Blue buff nerf and several specific junglers nerfed)
Support nerf: Check (Jana used in tournament = nerfed, have to admit they did buff sona/blitz though, heal nerf)
Ad carry nerf: Check (Life steal nerf hurts them across the board, have to admit they did kinda buff BT)
Tanky DPS Buff: Check (New item to counter mages even harder, buffs and nerfs to some champs)

Seems legit.

A lot of these nerfs/buffs/adjustments were needed. The only one that particularly frightens me is buffing Shaco's Two-Shiv so he gets a 1.0 AD ratio. AP Shaco was scary for two reasons - his boxes, and his shiv. Now AD Shaco is even more terrifying.

Why would they even buff him? "Okay. Shaco is being banned 98% of the time in ranked and draft pick games. How do we fix this?"

"...Let's buff him."

You underestimate the difference between bonus and total AD. A champion like Shaco can't afford to build nothing but damage items unless he wants to get horribly murdered in teamfights late-game, and this was actually a re-balancing attempt to make his Two-Shiv less viable in other builds. Keep in mind that Shaco's base AD at max level is 115, meaning that just to level out with this new change, he would need 57 AD to break even in terms of scaling. If nothing else, this is going to make Two-Shiv a lot weaker during his early game, which is exactly where he needs to be hit anyways.

Also, stop nerfing the blue buff. There is no way you could possibly compensate for all of the falloff this will have upon the balance of your game, Riot.

Lulu's kit is daisies great, and holy crap she is a crazy good Tanky DPS.

Kennen is also fun.
