Re: League of Legends
Decided to try Kog'Maw, oh man that guy is good
Re: League of Legends
Yeah, kogmaw is pretty fun with his long range, but I'm not a big fan of his ultimate. Maybe it would be better against real people who are usually predictable, instead of bots that zoom all over the place like retarded penguins.
And then his passive is fun, but hard to use your first time playing kogmaw. I kept running, dieing, seeing myself be revived, then I would keep running, remember what is going on, turn around, and explode a mile away from my enemy.

Re: League of Legends
I bought the cheap champion megabundle with RP before anything else. Great bang for your buck

I was yelled at every two minutes for being in the wrong place.
How am I supposed to watch the chat and fight at the same time?

Re: League of Legends
So when do I, as Ryze, move from the top lane, to the bottom lane?
Under what circumstances should I do that?

Why are you moving from top lane to bottom lane.
Why are you top lane as ryze?

Re: League of Legends
Does lane really matter? Top seems the same as bottom, except that it curves right. And the middle lane is obviously shorter.

Re: League of Legends
The creepwaves on the top lane collide towards the enemy tower, meaning your enemies have a shorter distance to run if you try to gank, and you have a longer distance to run if you are getting ganked. Top lane is more dangerous, which is why you play heroes with higher early game survivability on the top lane, and it's almost always a dual lane.Cottarsby wrote:Does lane really matter? As opposed to mid which is equal for either side and in which creep waves arrive faster, and therefore usually run solo by a ganker or carry so they can gain levels and gold faster and gank once their ultimate is up
Bottom lane is the safe lane, the opposite of your top lane, meaning you are less like to get ganked. Bottom lane can be a replacement mid lane; feel free to go solo if you are the right kind of hero.

Top lane is the second solo lane. Minion wave differences between it and bottom are negligible and the bushes are bodaciously identical. Always send two people bottom if your team has a jungler, because the dragon buff is closer to that lane, meaning that your team will be able to take it faster and more easily due to it being within reach of up to four members of that team instead of three. Top lane is, by comparison, far removed from all important early game objectives. This is why people send tanky, high-sustain champions there - because they're not likely to be helpful early on in the game, and they're not likely to get a lot of help if their lane sees more action than they can control. Mid lane is always the solo lane because the champions that scale best with levels are those with strong damaging abilities (casters), and the lane itself is close enough to both side lanes that such a champion can run up or down the river to provide assistance. Bot lane is where you send the guys who would get their asses kicked in any other lane, and pair them with supports because they can stop one carry from having an advantage over the other, and because carries scale with gold more than levels.
Ignorance is not the same as innocence.

So, I'm sitting on enough IP for Katarina. Should I unlock her? I do have a lot of fun with her.

Re: League of Legends
I don't really know why people ask if they should unlock a particular champ, especially when they say they have a lot of fun playing them.Eat_box wrote:So, I'm sitting on enough IP for Katarina. Should I unlock her? I do have a lot of fun with her.
NO YOU SHOULDN'T BECAUSE YOU ENJOY THEM ONLY BUY CHAMPIONS WHICH ARE TOP TIER EVEN IF YOU DON'T LIKE THEM OR YOU'RE SHIT AT THEM
Seriously if you have fun playing something and you want to play the champion more, just get them.
