Can't play LoL again because the client always crashes after the champ select screen. It was fixed for a while and now it's back, hurray.

I'm at a loss for who to buy next. So many champions, so little IP.

The champion I want and have wanted for weeks, but my brother also wants him and won't seem to budge: Xerath.
The champion I also want but have never tried, and will probably buy if no-one else particularly rustles my jimmy: Skarner
The champion I did amazing with in every bot match I did with him: Volibear

And then there's other champions I think are pretty cool, such as Blitzcrank, Shen, possibly a few of this week's free champs (miss fortune), and others.

Suggestions?

Also, I'm going to see if my friend wants to get a Sona Pentakill skin, and I will get the Mordekaiser Pentakill skin, and we will lane together and be awesome. If not I'll buy Nightmare chogath, infernal mordekaiser or reverse annie.

Edit: Actually, I just checked the prices, and I would be able to get both Nightmare chogath and infernal mordekaiser with the RP I have, with 10 points to spare. I'll most likely end up with that.

recolor skins

Yeah, unless you really like the color palette for the skins, they aren't worth your cheddar. Wait for sales is my advice, skin sale rotation is a bit more generous than champ rotation.

Pentakill Mordekaiser IS on sale, and I already bought 5$ worth of riot points. The rest is from the free 400 RP everyone got.

My advice if you ever have to choose between two skins you really want? Make 10 accounts referred to your main one and level each to 5. With Battle Training, this takes about 4-5 normal games and you can troll the hell out of every single one as full AP Nunu regardless of that week's champion rotation since Battle Training nets you over 450 IP.

With 10 referrals, you can go to your LoL account and redeem 975 RP and 40 per-win IP boosts. This only works once, unless you're willing to shoot for the 10,000 RP milestone at 200 referrals. Not recommended unless you're e-famous in a community that either doesn't play LoL already, or one that simply idolizes you so much that they'll make new accounts in your name for free. I'm no artist and I don't run a video series, so my talents are poorly suited to such a task.
