So, thing is, if I buy points for $5, I could get Fizz. BUT I also would have enough points to buy me this Wukong skin I've wanted to have for a time now and I don't know what to doooooo

Can't decide wether to go AP or hybrid; or even full AD.
I think first of all I need to get a better feeling for him in general before I worry about builds. My god this jump, I didn't knew LoL was a platformer??

Also, Jade Dragon Wukong skin is glitched for me. His staff just floats away from his hand, and his arm just flops around. It's especially hilarious when he's dead, and his stone arm makes wavy motions

Yeah, you teach him Nasty Plot, Thunderbolt, Hidden Power: Ice, and Encore. Build him with a Life Orb or Expert Belt if you're feeling cheap. It's generally preferable to pair him up with a buff passing supporter like Sona, but she's in another tier where Kennen gets outclassed, so you'll probably have to settle for bringing him in on a useful swap to use Nasty Plot without fear of retaliation instead. As far as sweepers go, his speed is just "okay", but overall the stat distribution is quite even.

I'm now considering buying Shen just so I can try him with the buff. I don't see how adding just the slightest amount of damage that he desperately needed makes him broken, though.

How often is he free?

They didn't just "add slight damage," they buffed every single one of his abilities and basically made it so he never has to worry about energy costs, ever.

I will give you an example. I wanted to test out Shen with a semi-ideal bruiser build, so I went into a game with some friends and had at it with them. It reached a point where I got around 4000 health. That means at max level, his Ki Strike passive did 112 damage plus 10% of my health - which is a little over 500 damage. Note that Ki Strike is additional damage. That game I had built an Atmog's and Frozen Mallet, so with those items I was doing around 700 damage every Ki Strike.

Ki Strike normally triggers every 8 seconds. With his rework, every time he ATTACKS something, that cooldown is lowered by 1.5 seconds. If you have an attack speed of say, .7 that means around every 3-4 seconds you are guaranteed to hit your Ki Strike.

On top of that, you can toss your Q on your target, which gives you healing, AND you can pop your shield, AND if you hit your target with a taunt you HALVE all physical damage you recieve from taunted targets by 50%. When I was playing him in the game I mentioned, the only cooldown I had was from Randuin's Omen, and at max level I could hit my Q every 2.5 seconds and my W every 4 or so - and considering their duration, by the time they fall you can almost immediately pop them back up. You would think that he'd run out of energy so much that he couldn't possibly spam these abilities - but Ki Strike refunds you energy every time you use it and it popped often enough where I didn't run into any energy issues.

Also, when you have your shield up? Your auto-attacks take THREE SECONDS off Ki Strike instead of 1.5.

I love the changes they did to his taunt - he really needed to be able to get energy back for every champ he hit - but these changes have turned him into the tanky DPS that I loathe (and I love Shen).

I like her because on top of having an obnoxious auto-attack range, she's one of the few AD carries who can really utilize those bottom bushes. Being able to time her traps to catch someone running away can be tricky, but if you can pull it off it's so satisfying.

I notice that every time I use her ult, though, the person I'm ulting winds up getting right in my face and then I feel like trying to use it was a waste of time, ha.

I dunnoooo. I like champs that I have to actively use abilities for, and most AD carries aren't like that, Caitlyn being the worst offender imo. Yeah, her traps are nice and her ult is good for catching the one guy who thinks he can flash away from a fight, but besides that, she's not my cup of tea. Maybe I need to give Ezreal or Corki another shot.
