My post was meant to be more along the lines of "You should probably try and get your modified content working before continuing instead of being hallow shell of what this thread should be" rather than "STOP THIS THREAD BECAUSE IT SUCKS.

I know it makes me sound like a jerk, especially because I'm the one making the other thread, but having two LP's doing the same thing on the same forum is really redundant.

This LP is awful because I don't know who this character is. He's just there and he has armour but how did he get this I do not know.

It's missing the vital part of getting to know who the hell the character is. I mean, with CHARLIE MANHUGE we even saw his creation (I think). But this guy's just.. Here. You're showing us what happens in Oblivion after you've.. Finished the game.

At least with Zink's he's still got stuff to do. I mean, I don't think he ever went back to Jauffre, did he?

Because I have TOTALLY FIGURED OUT all those proletariats and now this LP does not suck.

Characters are not necessary for every LP.

For my LP, defining who Charlie Manhuge was was necessary because I was going to be playing the part of a character.

If one is simply going to be playing the game and making commentary on it, like most LPs, then establishing a character is not necessary.

It's easier to involve myself in an LP if I know who the character is. Especially an RPG
