Re: World of Warcraft
Axe wouldn't work for this character considering her entire basis is only being alive because of the sword.

Late Wrath... good times...
not just fast swords but fast axes.
Vrom needs a good OH axe for his orc combat rogue.

Will try for daggers, will fail.
Yeah but you're playing as a human, and I've been offline for 98% of this patch.
Re: World of Warcraft
haha wow I was not aware of how silly the legendary version of those daggers looked.Myk wrote:oh and i've had legendaries for a bit now. heehee http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/g ... aza/simple
That's pretty great.
Re: World of Warcraft
Well, well, well, looks like the Black Market is just the incentive I needed to finally re-establish my goldmaking operations. Rare items sold by NPC's you can bid on, varying randomly day-to-day, like Ashes of Al'ar and other goodies. The raid mounts are very likely going to be rare in showing up there, and the Black Market is bid-only so you're going against everyone else with gold.
Still, this is the gold sink WoW needed. People with hundreds of thousands or millions of gold now have something to spend it on and get that gold out of circulation. I mean Ashes alone I can see skyrocketing in bids up to the gold cap every time it appeared.

Re: World of Warcraft
Wait so that's what they're calling the deal that lets you get the legendaries for transmog and all those other goodies?
Re: World of Warcraft
No. The Black Market is an in-game AH with rare items sold by NPC's. The selection looks to be random and the ultra-rares like some raid mounts won't be appearing every day or even every week I'm guessing.
In other words, rather than farming old content with a character that slaughters it with ease, now it's going to be possible to purchase the prizes if you've got the gold.

No that was an April Fool's thing by MMO Champion.Sol Reaper wrote:Wait so that's what they're calling the deal that lets you get the legendaries for transmog and all those other goodies?
Black Market looks to be real, though. And just as ludicrously expensive!
Re: World of Warcraft
That's what I love about it. It's going to be the ultimate gold sink. Those multi-millionares on a server now have a reason to drop a big chunk on toys, effectively taking it out of distribution. This could end up stabilizing server economies.

I'm fairly certain that was an april fools day joke.Sol Reaper wrote:Wait so that's what they're calling the deal that lets you get the legendaries for transmog and all those other goodies?
Edit: I am still so sleepy that I did not even see Zink's post.

Re: World of Warcraft
More and more I'm seeing people say 'The faction war is dumb, we should unite against the REAL threat, Burning Legion/Old gods/nextgenericenemy'.
Are people really that against faction differences, and more importantly, faction rivalry?
