SO, I quit my guild on Winterhoof due to being one of two active members and joined a new raiding guild and did Normal DS today. We called it on Hagara because everyone was exhausted from all of the wiping we did on Zon'ozz and so I asked if I could get my rogue in to get the quest chain for the legendary daggers started, they said "Sure" and now I am on my way to getting them~

The only issue I have right now is that I have less than 1k across all of my characters, so I am going to have to work my booty off to make 10k to get the chain really started

This is the transmog set I've decided to go for, it's a recolored T2 set with a nice white cape I happened to loot. Started gathering the pieces from TBC HCs today. Can anyone suggest any good looking axe/dagger? I don't mind (not) having the landslide effect as long as both/neither weapons have it, so I'd have to transmog both.

i've always been a fan of this dagger, but your mileage may vary

there is also this axe, which struck me as one that would match your set somewhat

Hey Mete, try using this with your set

You get it from the Epoch Hunter on Heroic and a look-alike from the first boss in MT on Heroic

Already got a pretty cool looking dagger from Kara but you can never have too many daggers so why not
About to start the chess event to get to Malchezaar, never done it before because it never worked on the server I play on during TBC

Sometimes I look at the way Cataclysm was developed in regards to the story. Then I'll look at the Alliance story and its quality compared to the Horde's.

Then I just get sad.

Well, it looks like MOP will be the Alliance's time to shine

Yeah, Metzen knows how the write them so well he's giving the Alliance their own Warchief. Fantastic.

Plus its not even that we're losing awfully. We can accept losses. Its the cut content, unbelievable storylines, and bad references that really ruin it.

cut content? is there really that much of a difference?

The Horde get an incredible introduction to the Twilight Highlands: a full aerial invasion force accompanied by Garrosh Hellscream himself, complete with voice acting.

The Alliance was supposed to enter with a massive naval armada after discovering Benedictus had betrayed Stormwind and had been the one riling up the kingdom, tying together all the unrest in the low level human areas; all the voice clips are still in the game.

Instead we get a wacky plane ride with Fargo's comic character.

Also, the worgen.

Yeah, Blizz likes to go in a pattern, in Wotlk, the Alliance got a lot of love, and in Cata the Horde did.
