About twice a year I think WoW sends out a week of free time to the old players.

It's kind of fun activating it and proceeding to cause all my former competitors on the AH to go "What the--OHSHIT." A week of tyranny and I'm out again.

Oh hey it's me, that one guy. I don't play WoW much, but when I was browsing the forums, I found out that Blizz has apparently trademarked "Mists of Pandaria." Due to various aspects of the trademark, it can't be a book, comic, trading card thing. So would this maybe WoW's next expansion.

So far, we only have the name, and the fact that it will involve the Pandaren.

Also sorry about the overly large image.

Going to ask here, does Blizzard sell any digital game cards for those who aren't near any retail stores?

Not Blizzard, but places like Amazon you can buy a game card. It does have to be shipped to you though.

Yeah, was afraid of that.

I just really don't want Blizzard taking cheddar off me automatically, I'd rather do it myself.

And my account has been closed permanently, judging from an old email.

So I'll have to start from scratch, despite having 2 level 80 characters before I couldn't pay any longer.

So, if I play this again, anyone have server suggestions? I'd prefer roleplaying servers because I'm not as much into PvE or PvP.

Also Offgamers sells the cheapest game time, you might find the site fishy since they also sell gold and powerleveling services and whatnot but 27k people haven't had a problem with them
And you get the code right away, same thing with any Blizz games you buy

Well, The Scyers, which is the server I play on (Odds told me to okay), is technically RP although you really don't see much of it around at all unless you join a guild specifically designed for RP.

Anyone know If I can play any character to level 20 for free? I still only have up to BC so I have no idea if I can since I bought "part" of the game and I don't feel like installing it to find this out.

On a trial account, you can make a character of any race except goblin and worgen.

Edit: Oh wait I re-read you post and realized that's not what you meant.

No, I'm pretty sure once you upgrade from a trial account to a full account you have to pay to play. Sorry!

You can level until lvl 20 under the free trial and keep playing forever like that, but you won't be able to gain any more levels and will have restricted features. It doesn't matter if you only have vanilla or any combination of expansions, if you don't pay the montly fee, you're f2p.
I started paying before my trial ended because it was annoying not being able to join a guild and such.

Wait, I don't think you can even install the expansions if you only have the starter edition since technically you don't even have the base game.
