This is not grinding.
Getting rep with Hydraxian Waterlords was grinding. Getting to 60 in Classic was grinding. Getting your PvP set was grinding all day long for rank. Getting dungeon set was grinding those dungeons nonstop. Getting epic gear was grinding Molten Core over and over and over again until you moved on to Blackwing Lair and grinded there again and again and again and then you moved up another tier and blah blah blah.
Nothing in Cataclysm is a bad grind.

Just find a new guild, it's not like the rep gives you much in the first place, just boa and vanity crap.

Wow.... that is insanely bad. Sounds like your in my realms equivalent of Wow Kings.
If you want to raid, Id suggest maybe making an aslt you dont care about not raiding with an officer, and working your rep up in a raider guild with your main. But yeah Crendor has hilarious machinima. Or somewhat amusing at least.
Id whine about my guild but Im off for 6 months, and plan to backstab them when I get back. I shoulda gone with my instinct and rolled a blood elf.
