Decker keeps trying to argue that it's fine for him to need on offspec gear when someone else needs for mainspec.

is 3k battle regen good enough to not run out of mana every 2 pulls healing.
I'm pretty sure my gear is good enough now that I can heal confidently.
Also I'm a shaman

Healers in raids and what not aren't stacking regen, they are stacking Mana to have bigger pools.
Imagination is more important than knowledge.
