Nah, I'm still only near 84.
Doing a bit of archaeology, its fun in a grindy way. But some of the rewards make it seem like a "Totally worth my hours of leveling this" profession.

I basically only have a sliver of EXP on my 80.
Too excited by the goblin and worgen starting areas. Which are freaking long, by the way.

There was too many of all gathering profs in Deepholm they recently reduced the number. I level up herb to 525 so fast and have all these herbs now and don't really need them. My alch is at 515 and only flasks/transmutes will raise it but I need volatile life which is going for 50g a piece on the AH.
I am 2 bars from 85 went from Hyjal -> Deepholm -> Twilight Highlands. I am sorta taking my time. I could have rushed there and had it early yesterday but I had things to do and I spent a lot of time just exploring and herbing to get my profs up.
I've done all the instances and I really like Halls of Origination, it has this indiana jones feel.
I haven't really tried Archaeology. I got it to like 5 or so, seems interesting will do later.
Therazane is the Elemental Lord of Earth. Ragnaros is the Lord of Fire, Al'Akir is the Lord of Wind, and Neptulon is the Lord of Water.
I find it funny having to replace all my ICC gear but whatever that stuff is old news. It doesn't even compare to the new stuff in terms of stats. Also I love how Blizz is forcing you to upgrade by putting in a gear level check to its dungeon so you can't just stay in ICC gear if you want to be able to queue for the dungeons.
The Goblin/Worgen zones are only to level 12 right? It took me like 2-3 hours for the Worgen one. Too bad Worgens suck after that.

Got the chance to try out Worgen on roomies account yesterday. Rolled a warrior because I have a hard time imagining a friggin werewolf with armor and especially weapons. Male Worgens are awesome, just hnnnngh. The female Worgens would've been okay for me if it wasn't for the pupils. Why did they have to give them pupils, seriously, they look too much like upstanding members of society for me this way :/
Anyways, definately getting Cata after christmas, if I'm patient enough maybe even in february so there won't be fifty million people running around. I'm still debating if I should roll a Tauren paladin, because I only like the cast animation from Blood Elves and nothing else, but I already have so many Tauren (well only one male and lots of females, but still).
Also I hope that I can decide wether I want to main warrior or shaman, usually I wouldn't care because I always just play what I feel like, but I want a character where I do all the achievements and collect stuff etc. In WotLK my hunter was main, but eventually it got too boring for me. So now I have a character which I don't play anymore with all the cool stuff :/ I wish there was a way to transfer achievements and items between your characters.

It seems like every five minutes I find out something new about the hunter changes that happened a while ago.
Like how Arcane Shot and Explosive Shot no longer share cooldown, and thus I can put them both in my rotation (drastic increase in DPS there).
Or how multi-shot now affects every enemy within 10 yards or so from the target rather than just three enemies, making it incredibly useful for situations where volley would have been used before its removal.
Blizzard really managed to make hunters waaay more interesting.

Sounds actually interesting. I have to admit that I didn't follow talents and abilities and all that jazz at all, because I knew that there would be a fifty million changes anyways before the expansion would be released (for example the mastery system, never bothered to read about it, and in the end they took it out anyways). I just prefer melee over ranged anyways, which makes me kinda wonder why I mained hunter in WotLK.
