Is there an advantage to getting a hard copy rather than just downloading it?Odds wrote:I am prepared to camp the shit out of my local gamestop

Unless you're buying the special edition, no not really. But there's something about having the game in your hands that makes it so much more special. That, and if you have a shitty download, it might be better to get a physical copy.Zink wrote:Is there an advantage to getting a hard copy rather than just downloading it?Oodles wrote:I am prepared to camp the shit out of my local gamestop

I believe they said its not a huge download and you can of course pre-download it I believe. So most people who bought the digital edition already have it and are just waiting for the servers to be up to play. Remember servers up at 12 am PST aka 3 am EST.
Advantage of hard copy = actual discs not just on your battle.net account in case you get hacked or something.

I have the Tabard of the Salvation Army equiped.
I'll be getting my copy in the morning before ringing a bell all day in the cold so I won't get to play for about 24 hours.

I blame the digital pre-orders.
