There are dwarves in Warhammer, and they have a version of shamans but they use metals and rock magic.
And they're Dorfs.

In response to the earlier discussion on shamans and tree druids.
I play a shaman. My class is about versatility and utility. I'm loosing the ability to cleanse poisons. I'm gaining the ability to cleanse Magic (which is something that confounds the living hell out of me. I already have Purge. Why can't it work like it did in WC3?) None of this would be a problem were it not for the next change. I'M LOOSING CLEANSING TOTEM, AND GETTING NOTHING IN RETURN. WHAT. THE. FUCK. BLIZZARD. I don't care if you want cleansing to be more "active". I don't care if casting a cleanse on a target that doesn't have an ailment still costs mana. I'm OK with that. But you're taking away one of my most primary abilities. My raids have succeeded or failed due to the influence of that totem. ITS GOD daisies USEFUL. AT LEAST GIVE ME SOMETHING IN RETURN.
As far as I can tell, I'm getting nada. Sure, I play elemental, and thus don't worry about cleansing, but I still drop that. Go ahead with the sunk cost approach with cleanses. That's how cleansing totem already works. If there's nothing to cleanse, I've just wasted mana. If no one is within the range of the totem, I've wasted mana. If I have to constantly reposition the totem, I'm wasting/using mana. Fine, just don't take it away, please.
And that's probably the longest thing I'll ever write in this thread.
/End Rant/
Edit: I find it HILARIOUS that daisies was put in for a no-no word I wrote, but not fuck. Also the sentence just sounds funny now.
I should probably also copy and post this in the WoW forums..........assuming I ever stop being lazy.
@Bacon below me, since I'm LAZY
In either case, its bad, and i don't even want to fathom what loose totems would be like haha.

Daisies was put in as a fun word filter.
Also, it's losing, not loosing it. If you lose something, you no longer have it. If it's loose, that means it's not tight.

I really don't see the gigantic loss... It's only your current party, and isonly really useful in certain boss fights, and fights against rogues and frost/blood DKS in pvp.
It kinda is a bit OP compared to anyone elses dispells...
