The goblin's racial ability to give an exalted discount at any level of reputation blows the human's rep increase out of the water when it comes to buying things at neutral... but pales in comparison when grinding rep to get exalted achievements.
But all in all the goblins have it better when leveling.

Also, rocket belt. Say hello to going places you were never meant to at your lowly level. You can probably even get into the backdoor of deadmines this way.
