I am having very bad luck finding a group, though. Every single one either fills up before I can join or fails miserably.

I did my first Heroic today (Magister's Terrace), and it went pretty well. I also got a bunch of cool stuff for my Restoration spec, so now I can finally queue as a healer :D

Heroics are pretty easy once you get enough gear to not get 2-shotted.

The only one I seem to really have trouble with is HoL. SHIT SUCKS.

Holy shit.

I decided to socket a bunch of shitty gems because WHY NOT and my DPS jumped from 3.5k to 4.2k.

I would have started socketing gems a lot earlier if I knew this was the kind of DPS I was missing out on!

...Then again, wasting a bunch of gems on gear that would be soon replaced would be a pretty bad idea, so I guess everything worked out for the best this way.

If you're gonna socket items you're gonna replace somewhat soon, just use greens or maybe a blue.

Just beat the first 4 bosses of ICC AGAIN and I got this bad boy off of trash. Won it with a roll of 26 against rolls of 25, 25, and 1.

Then I had enough frost emblems to get an upgrade for my gloves but THISdropped off of Saurfang jr.

I am pop flyin'.
