Man, Sailor Moon has the worst luck with groups. She's on her DK tank, and recently in a lot of the groups she's been in Paladins etc keep rolling on her gear for their 'off-spec.'

She just had a group where a nice tanking sword dropped off the last boss of a dungeon, and a 79 rolled on it and won. And said she didn't need it because she was 80.

This is why people wait 30 mins in the random dungeon queue.

You know what sucks? Getting caught up in levelling and not levelling professions AS you level and then having to grind them up afterwards D:

I do not enjoy herb grinding, no sir. Especially when I have my inscription alongside it

Try LW, the amount of leather you need to level it is
FUCKING
ridiculous

Seriously, pretty much all somewhat good leveling recipes take a shitload of other mats besides just leather too

I've leveled every profession except Alchemy and Inscription.

At least nowadays they buffed professions where you can actually wear the stuff you make for a few levels. My hunter in Outlands is dressed almost entirely in leatherworking greens cause they are better than quest items.

This is strange and different, because profession equipment used to be garbage disenchant-fodder.

Technically, they still are. But at least I can keep one to use before sending the rest off to my enchanter to DE.

Well, engineering was always useful to me while leveling thanks to the fact I could make ammo.

Shame that's about to change

Oh boy oh boy

I already hit level 73

It will probably only be a few weeks before I hit 80 and then I will actually be allowed to have fun

I do.

I was just making a joke about how many things in the game seem to be reserved only for those that are level 80,

Leveling is pretty fun the first time.

It's even fun the second time (well, until you reach Outlands).

Third time. Oh god. Can't I just pay 100,000g to just GET a level 80 toon? I'd totally rather pay even that much cheddar rather than suffer through Outlands again.

Outlands isn't that bad. I've been through it about 6 times. The 20-35 portion for Horde is the worst.

20-35? Doesn't bother me too bad. Let's see... This is basically my leveling pattern.

Level20: South/Mid Stonetalon Mountains
Level22: South Barrens quests
Level25: Everything in North Thousand Needles
Level28: Everything in Hillsbrad Foothills
Level31: Everything in Shimmering Flats Thousand Needles
Level33: North Stranglethorn Vale
Level35: Alternate between Middle Stranglethorn Vale and Dustwallow Marsh as needed (used to be Desolace before Dustwallow as buffed.)
Level42: Rotate between Booty Bay, Feralas, and Tanaras..
Level46: Rotate between remaining Tanaras quests and Hinterlands quests.
Level50: Finish Hinterlands, do Un'goro
Level53: ???

Yeah I kinda lose strategy at that point. For 53 to 58, I sorta just do a little bit of Felwood and Winterspring, but mostly I spam instances. I really feel lost for those last 5 levels.

I know a lot of people hate Hillsbrad and Stranglethorn Vale, but I consider them to be quite possibly the two best leveling zones in the game. The EXP you get there is outrageous.
