I have six games on my Steam.

Half-Life, two expansions, Team Fortress, Team Fortress 2 and WoW.

I'm testing the waters here, what would you guys think of a Skies of Arcadia Let's Play?

That's a fairly linear RPG, isn't it?

Well, you may want to reconsider doing that particular game, for reasons similar to way I said that other guy shouldn't do a Mother 3 let's play. Unless the story is really stupid and easy to make fun of, than all you'll be doing is ruining the story for other people. If there is a lot of freedom with character customization and sidequests, then maybe it would be okay, but otherwise I would recommend against it.

I've never played Skies of Arcadia, so I could be wrong, but I from what I heard about it a Let's Play might not work so well.

I'd say stupid and easy to make fun of are two different things. FFVI's story isn't exactly stupid, but it's really easy to make fun of.
And personally I'd probably never play Skies of Arcadia anyway, so there's nothing to be ruined for me.
I guess if someone really couldn't stand the game being made fun of, they simply shouldn't read a Let's Play of it. Much like I probably wouldn't read one of Mother 3.

Well, once again, I've never played Skies of Arcadia (although I'd like to someday). As far as I know, it could work great.

i was thining of doing a MW2 Lets Play
but then i realised that Lets Plays are stupid

Picked Deus Ex for the different ways you can go about doing things. Yeah the story itself is pretty linear, but depending on augmentations, weapons, skills, etc, you can go through the same mission many times in different ways. Lots of fun.

Anyway, Skies of Arcadia is definitely easy to make fun of, I know becuase Torizo and I used to sit around and play it and do it.
