I like the idea of it MG Rising being a hack and slash. Kojima is still producing it, so it's not like they're doing this without his go ahead. The story will most likely still be convoluted, however.

I got some info about the South Park RPG being developed by Obsidian.
-You're a new kid that comes to south park. You create your own character, and he/she is silent.
-Cartman let's you choose your class. There's the standard RPG classes, but there's also another class that Cartman created himself.
-The enemies are visible on the map, so you can avoid them if you want.
-Combat is similar to paper mario. You can press buttons at the right time to gain extra damage on enemies or take less damage.
-Trey and Matt themselves are making sure that everything is accurate to the show. So if your friend walks in, it looks like you're watching an episode of south park rather than playing a game.
-All the armor looks like the kids just strapped pots and pans and duct tape together.
-Later in the game, you get magic weapons such as the Okama Gamesphere, which shoots lightning.

This is moving back a little bit, but I am crazy excited for this game, and I don't even watch South Park a lot.

I haven't watched South Park in a while, but I'm glad they're revisiting some older locations, such as the Underpants Gnomes' caves, or the city of Crab People. The article said that those would be later in the game though, as things get more fantastical.

I was doing co-op with a friend who got Saints Row 3 and we did that mission where you jump out of a helicopter into the penthouse while Kanye West's Power plays (the trailer music) moment was ruined because my co op partner misused his parachute and his body got lodged into the concrete floor.

But god daisies it I laughed so hard, this game is amazing to co op with a dedicated bro
