For the record, I understand in your case (a spontaneous buy) why this would happen, and in your region, Nintendo could have done a lot more to inform people like you about what you need to play.

I am a disgrace to gamers everywhere.
I'm glad that you're taking a simple discussion about being an informed consumer with the utmost maturity.

I DON'T HAVE TO BE MATURE IN THIS THREAD.
THIS ISN'T TABOO TOPICS.
YOU AIN'T THE BOSS O' ME!
But seriously, it was an impulse buy for me too - I actually went into the store to buy Mario 3D Land and noticed by accident that Zelda was released on the same day.
I generally don't read up on everything Zelda or Nintendo-related online - and I personally think the European packaging should inform consumers better about the required Wii Motion Plus instead of making the same assumptions you've made that: "EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT YOU NEED A WII MOTION PLUS, DUH!"
I'm expecting a lot of kids to stick the disc in their Wii this Xmas and find out that they're missing the tech needed to play the darn thing; a-bloo-bloos all round.

Yeah he does. He even worked on that version of the game too since Wing Fortress was a beta level and he decided to work on it again to put it in this release. He also gave feedback on new graphics, new music etc.

Went and got my copy of KoFXIII today. Apparently I was the only person at my GS to pre-order it. You could see all the fucks I gave as I drove away blasting the soundtrack. 101 tracks from KoF94 all the way up to XIII. Shit is glorious.

I don't think I'll ever enjoy a game as much as I enjoy Sonic Generations when Super Sonic is bodaciously flying over the second half of the stage.
EDIT: "Oh, what's that? Gonna glitch out and not let me use rails, forcing me to fly over them with boost? And now I have a hallway to run down as fast as possible that I'll never survive without boosting?"
"FUCK YOU THEN GONNA GO SUPER SONIC"
Goddamn do I love this game

It really is how modern stages work
Look, it even seems to be City Escape in the picture and the last half of that level is a race against a truck
Gotta go fast indeed
