AWKWARD ZOMBIE

Downloaded a Marksman mod for Oblivion, since otherwise arrows are just too weak against things like Daedra.

Wow, it's actually viable now without overpowering it. Still less damage than weapons, but I can fire a little slower than the time it takes to swing a one-handed weapon. Combo it with a 3x Sneak attack multiplier and I'm able to pick off enemies without them eating my face. Specifically Clanfears.

Oh, and one-shotting someone with a sneak attack arrow makes them fly. Gotta love the rag doll engine.

Which is only possible because of a bug where sneak attack damage is calculated on hit, so you switch to a different weapon or fists before the arrow lands.

This mod makes arrows much faster though, closer to what they are in real life. You don't need to point way up to hit a distant target anymore, but it takes away the possibility of using that bug.

I definately have to re-buy Skyrim when I get a PC then, proletariats are so fun.

It's for Oblivion, but I'm sure one's being worked on for Skyrim too. This is actually the best time to play PC Oblivion, because all the best proletariats are already out there waiting to be used.

Luckily Daedra have a weakness to Shock. And it just so happens I found a Bow of Jolts. 5 Shock damage on hit. And I've got a good supply of soul gems from thieving.
