Hey guys, a quick question here: How much do you think a good gaming PC would cost? One that would be able to play games easily, but wouldn't have unnecessary crap like a really expensive sound system.

I'd search for the answer on google but I have no idea how I would phrase such a question and get any good results.

I built my PC for about $600, I haven't run into any significant problems. I couldn't play RE5 on max resolution, Bioshock's framerate is a little low on highest quality graphics, as are a couple other games I can't remember
Maybe just look at some random computer sites?

So I bought audiosurf today, which for some reason I've been wanting for a while. is a fun game, and since it's only $2.50 that just made it better.

I'm a little late to the party but Brave New World > 1984.
Imagination is more important than knowledge.

Both are equally terrifying. I'm not sure if the government acknowledging what its doing is evil or them acting as if what they're doing is right is worse.

Intersting contrast, though, one ends resistance in torture, the other in pleasure.

BNW ftw <3

1984 and BNW both address the same thing, but in different ways. Huxley thinks technology will make us complacent.

...I need to read 1984.
