Nintendo is known for delaying the release of its games. This is largely due to the perfectionist tendency of Miyamoto who would go as far as scrapping the entire development if he did not find a game up to his standard. Miyamoto and fellow developers refer to this scrapping as "Chabudai Gaeshi" (upending the tea table), a reference to manga and anime Hoshi of the Giants. It is also referred to as "Miyahon Check" (Miyahon is an alternative kanji reading of Miyamoto) or "Miyamoto Test".
For example, Twinkle Popo was a completed product with a pre-order of 26,000 units. It was supposed to be released under the game's developer, HAL Laboratory. Miyamoto intervened arguing that, with a tiny bit of tweaking, it would become a great game. After canceling the preorder, the game was eventually released under Nintendo with the title Kirby's Dream Land, selling 5,000,000 units globally.

Fuck every single enemy in Persona 3 FES with Mudo or Hama spells.
Because they'll miss the entire party except the main character every daisies time.

I find it useful to always have a persona that is str/nul/rpl to dark and light magic. Especially as you get farther in the game and a)you can have more persona and b) you start to run into the higher level skills with higher hit rates. Or just get a bunch of homuncluli. Whatever suits your preference.
Unrelated, but
Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors has been rated by the ESRB for the PSP and PS3 which means it will show up on PSN at some point in the future. Hopefully Capcom will make a new one if it sells enough or they decide to stop whoring Street Fighter.

Arkham City is fuuuuuuuun.
Some of the Riddler puzzles are a bitch and a half though. ESPECIALLY the one where he traps you in the room and starts the steam things up, and there is no escape.
I feel like I should be doing the zip-line-tightrope thing, but it's too small a room for me to do it in time.

Persona 3. Junpei sucks at getting women. Of course I didn't exactly help him by choosing the answers that amused me. And when I did pick him for the one girl who was interested it turned out to be a guy. And then he fails at talking to the robot.

There are some great monsters to be had in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2.
My current team comprises mostly of aquatic monsters, my avatar being one of them.
