I told myself I wasn't going to buy any new games for a while (at least until KoFXIII anyway) but my new found income, employee discount and the sudden urge to play waifu games made me buy the new Rune Factory: ToD. Also started playing Ar tonelico Qoga the other day because waifus. I was a bit disappointed at first because the first two games had great heroines and in this one I was stuck between the good girl and a cookie cutter tusundre. Then the tusundre turned out to be a huge masochist, which is honestly pretty funny, so things are starting to look up.

Gentlemen, let me introduce to you the most annoyin fucker ever conceived in the history of anything: The Scarab Demon

These little sacks of shits often come in groups of five, and upon taking damage, they release bolts of lightning that shoot off in a dickfucking 360 degree radius. Each bolt does about 20 points of damage, and these cockgobblers like to swarm, a lot. Most of the time you encounter them in a wide open dessert. Except for one fucking place: The motherfucking monkeyshit Maggot Lair. An extremely long and egregiously narrow set of tunnels that are just wide enough for one model. That means you have to fight these fucksticks, you have to get in close and then proceed to take every little lightning bolt right up your booty.
