Anywhoo what's wrong with Ice Beam on Feraligatr? It gets the job done fine :psyduck:
Feraligatr's attack stat is a considerable deal higher than its special attack, so ice punch is generally a better choice.
Not even Ice Punch, if you dont feel like breeding for it it learns Ice Fang naturally and thats only a few points weaker.
Ash evolved his Cyndaquil
Touched on that a few pages back. I feel its hillariously retarded that hes entering the Sinnoh Leauge with a newly evolved level 20 something Quilava instead of his badass bro Infernape. Also our favorite little dumbass ported over his Glalie. I know he doesnt really have any other Ice Types but....Glalie. ESPECIALLY when his Buizel knows Ice Punch.

Ash isn't about winning. You're missing the entire point of the anime.

Actually I think that 'professional' pokemon is probably the most absurd thing ever, particularly E.V. training and exploitation of natures and various other aspects. I hate the whole competitive system. It just utterly takes the fun out of the game.

To be fair I wouldn't use a Buizel if my life depended on it... although he still uses it, I guess.

As for natures, EVs and IVs, I find them kind of interesting even though I suck at math and such.

You do realize the Pokemon in the anime never, ever evolve on time, right? So it's probably a way, way higher level than that.

By the way, does anyone have one of those flying Pikachus from the Yellow Forest Pokewalker path?

I'll gladly trade something for one

It looks like there might be some more new pokemon revealed

These aren't 100% confirmed but the one on the left matches that beta art with the puffy bat and wotter/smugleaf evo.

Also, source
