The best part is that Luigi and Ike both used to be in Ike tier before someone said Ike was worse than Luigi.

Also, I'm game for a tourney as long as it's organised for sometime more than a day in the future (pfft, who could even set up a tourney that quickly in the first place?) - I'm getting the game tomorrow and would love a chance to practice first.

Question - Would Mii Fighters and customs be legal?

No reason not to have Miis/custom moves be legal. If we're going any amount of tryhard at all though, equipment is out.

As for Mii fighters, I cycle between all 3, they are really surprisingly good. Best with the brawler atm. And if we do a tourney, we should go legit and set up either a round robin list so everyone plays everyone once, or a randomized single-elimination/best-of-5 bracket; maybe make a unique thread to get participants for people who don't really read this thread.

Also I've been fantasizing about Smash characters they will never add and Bravely Default would be the best thing ever. I mean come on imagine fighting to this kick booty guitar solo.
